I was always fascinated with chameleons for the extremely long tongues and precision ability to catch prey with their skillful use of their tongues. Now, there is even more to be dazzled about by this amazing reptile's bag of tricks. Biologists and physicists from the University of Geneva found that the chameleon’s rainbow colored skin is covered by a thick layer of light-reflecting cells of nanocrystals.
