Has irreducible complexity been debunked ?

In that video, Miller says : these complicated machines, they don't arise from scratch, they arise from combinations that have different functions. and the components originate with functions of their own.
So he is taking away now 30 proteins, and has 10 proteins left, that if IC is right, they should have no function, but they have a function. what is left, is the type 3 secretory system, and it is fully functional.
So these are directly homologous to the bacterial flagellum. So, Miller says, since with only 10 proteins we have function, the Flagellum is not irreducible complex.
Furthermore , almost all other proteins have other functions in the cell.
