Coevolution and the Web of Life

paper starts with : As these species interact, they impose natural selection on each other, producing the process of reciprocal selection that we call coevolution. // or translated : it starts with a unsupported claim.

coevolved traits are sometimes mismatched, and the mismatching varies among populations, as you would expect of an ongoing evolutionary process. What examples are there , and how can the two organisms survive if the symbiotic relationship is not established ?

the imperfections in the traits of species provide some of the best evidence that life on earth has evolved . This is a ofter brought forward argument against design. Bad design is however not evidence for evolution. Its evidence for bad design. What sometimes is regarded as bad design, like the inverted retina of the eye, with further scientific advance is recognized as advantagous design
